A federal judge on Monday temporarily extended a block on Trump’s Big Beautiful Bill Provision barring funding for Planned Parenthood. Earlier this month Judge Talwani, an Obama appointee, issued a TRO and set a preliminary injunction hearing for Monday July 21 (today).
