Nation’s Largest Generic Drug Maker To Pay $450 Million To Resolve Kickback, Price-Fixing Claims Teva Pharmaceuticals USA Inc. and Teva Neuroscience Inc. (collectively, Teva) have agreed to pay $450 million to resolve allegations that they violated the Anti-Kickback Statute (AKS) and the False Claims Act (FCA), according to the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ).
