NATO Chief ‘Welcomes’ Allies Approving Attacks On Russia With Long-Range Missiles Outgoing NATO chief Jens Stoltenberg has addressed the question of the US and UK mulling allowing Ukraine to strike Russian territory with West-supplied long-range weapons.
