These Are The Cities With The Highest Robbery Rates In 2024 A recent Council on Criminal Justice (CCJ) report has revealed the U.S. cities with the highest rates of robberies.  Robberies, for the purposes of the report, are defined as “theft or attempted theft involving force or the threat of force”.
