 One example of a FOIA Appeal “win” granting (in part) that the Navy FOIA office revisit and expedite The Black Vault’s request for the March 11, 2020, UAP briefing. Other cases also had similar filings and results. The U.S. Navy has recently released several Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAP) briefing documents through the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), shedding new light on the U.S. government’s involvement investigating the phenomenon through the now disbanded UAP Task Force (UAPTF).
