Ukraine Demands Mexico Arrest Putin At Presidential Inauguration  Ukraine has issued a formal request for Mexico to arrest Russian President Vladimir Putin if he travels to Mexican soil for the inauguration of the country’s new president Claudia Sheinbaum.
