Kiev Mayor Vitali Klitschko has asked Switzerland to supply Ukraine with weapons, Swiss media revealed on the sidelines of the WEF summit in Davos. “One has to take a stance” in today’s world he said. “One cannot be neutral”.
So far, Switzerland has mostly resisted attempts to be involved in military aid to Ukraine. The government posited that the nation’s neutrality would be impaired by allowing other countries to send Swiss-produced weapons and ammunition to Kiev.
